Will I be able to run the game with the following hardware?

Inspiron 15 5000 Series - 5567
- i7-7500U Processor
- 8G RAM
- AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M445 Graphics 4GB GDDR5

Checking the minimum system requirements looks like I can but after checking systemrequirementslab's web site it says I can't

So can I or can't I.
