Corrupted Hearts

I posted this as well on the Steam forums.

After discovering the fog and going back to talk to Silverhand he tells you to go find the Priests of Nor. After finishing the dialogue I can no longer control my characters, their portraits are greyed out. I tried a previous save and the same thing happens.

Anyone else have this issue or ideas?
